Established in 2008, the Library facilitates access to, and provides information and knowledge resources to update and deepen knowledge and skills of the Members of Parliament, strengthen the research capacity of the Parliament and avail PAP information to the citizens of Africa are researchers through the online digital repository. Users can benefit from print, CDs, videos and electronic resources on Africa, Member States, specific subject areas and general information. The Research Library serves the Members and Staff of the Parliament and is open for use by researchers from other institutions.
